Signature Question.
Obviously by my signature, I don't think you can load JavaScript (the code works in my browser). Is there any programming code that is allowed? I am trying to make a countdown counter to the next BWE for Ren Falconhand (I think that's his name).

Smilies are On [IMG] code is On HTML code is Off I don't think there is any computer programming code aloud... vB is something that is similar to HTML for boards. It's not Visual Basic, like I thought it was at first glance. |

Wow, that sucks, understandable but still.... I wish I had a way. I'm guessing it is done for security reasons. Oh well, should've aksed before I created (one hour less to worry about till next BWE).

You could sort of do a countdown timer using the IMG tag and a CGI script, but it wouldn't update until you hit the refresh button on your browser. If you're real ambitious, you could do it with an animated GIF, just include enough frames to cover a bit into the future (long enough to cover how long people usually spend reading any particular thread).
